Got the chance to ask Shai about his Cowboy-inspired fit from the other day and he didn’t have much to say but one thing that stuck with me was him saying “Adopted Okie.” 🤠⚡️

This was this the only box Mark Daigneault hasn’t checked for me and here it is. Mark is definitely a guy you can sit and have a beer with. 🍺

Shai walked out of the hotel (with a 🔥 Louis Vuitton bag) to get on the team bus, but saw a group of fans waiting for him to come out. Of course, he signed merchandise from EVERYBODY.

Sam Presti went IN on the things people don’t like about the NBA and how Shai is the opposite of it all. The list of things includes: 1. Players not playing defense. 2. “All NBA players do is complain, bitch, and moan.” 3. Nobody plays. They take too many games off. 4. All they do is shoot 3s. 5. These guys are totally inaccessible.

Sam Presti on foul-baiting talk that circulated around, pertaining to Shai Gilgeous Alexander. Mentioned postgame press conferences becoming a “bully pulpit,” instead of a space to talk about their team.

It’s exhausting. The Suns had 41 turnovers turned into 56 Thunder points, and the conversation is still about Shai and the refs. This is a team that should’ve been the seven seed but couldn’t get through the Play-In… now it’s foul-baiting talk? The Suns have an accountability issue.
