I went to Enugu with nothing but a good heart, the desire to build, to uplift, to leave behind something greater than myself. Even when life tested me with an accident that almost broke me, I stayed, because commitment is not convenient, it is sacrifice. Today, I stand before you not as a perfect man, but as a man of truth. My only defense is my integrity, and my greatest witness is the work I have done. In the end, time will separate noise from truth. Until then, I remain steadfast, because my intentions were pure, and my conscience is clear.🙏🏽❤️

EFCC, thank you. You made me stronger this year. You revealed the true *GRIT* in me. You compelled me to think above and beyond my imagination. And because of you, we at *Sujimoto* shall go on to build *The Leonardo*—the tallest residential tower in Sub-Saharan Africa, a magnificient feat whose ambition and amenities dare the world to compete. And yet, ambition cannot sleep. Already, we are sketching the *Sujimoto Twin Towers,* a 69-story colossus that will redefine African luxury and rise as the tallest, most audacious residential building on the continent. You converted my doubt into determination, my hesitation into elevation. What looked like a disaster has become a *blueprint for triumph.* You gave me the opportunity to thank the Almighty, because God has been undeniably good to me in 2025. _He used small problems to test my resilience_ and also gave me the chance to see through the masks people wear, the pretenses they hide behind. What once felt like obstacles has turned into the scaffolding for my next great achievement. 1+1= 11; It’s already too late to fail. #GRIT #Resilience #Sujimoto #Lucrezia #SujimotoTowers #LuxuryLifestyle #Leonardo #Vision #Ambition #BananaIsland #BlueprintForTriumph

“Mama, I give you my personal guarantee on Sujimoto. If he fails to deliver on his promises, hold me responsible.” Those were the words of my Egbon, Dele Momodu, eight years ago. You placed your name on the table for us, and we never took it lightly. You have never let us down, despite today’s economic realities. By the special grace of the Almighty, *we shall never let you down.* Talent is not enough, especially in an environment like ours. You need mentors who will knock the table on your behalf in rooms where you are absent. That is why I cherish mentors like BobD, who, beyond financial support, have guided us, defended the dream and opened doors only credibility could unlock. 1 + 1 = 11. It is already too late to fail. #Sujimoto #Ovation #LucreziaBySujimoto #DeleMomodu #BananaIsland #LuxuryRealEstate #Mentorship #SujimotoGroup
