Honestly this scene in the Backrooms movie really disturbed me, Pirate Clark did not need to do that to Clark at all. I really felt bad for Clark here, but it’s a really good scene a representation of Clark’s mental state in the 3rd act of the film

This scene in the Backrooms movie was genuinely so terrifying, i really the this illustration of the back rooms , it’s so creepy yet such a genius work of art. Seeing Mary climb up those steps while Pirate Clark chased her was definitely one of my favorite sequences in the film.

I theorize that this sound track here is the soundtrack that will play when Homelander is dying in The Boys Season 5 Episode 8, The solemn tone in the song just hits you like a train, this is Homelander dying an agonizing death, he’s scared and he knows he is not a god he’s just a human who got lucky with a serum that gave him powers and now he has no powers. Butcher is definitely delivering that final blow given by how the sound track ends.
