Mike Rowe and Palmer Luckey are way overcomplicating this. ANY industry that says "We need more *insert workers here*" and they are doing everything other than raising wages, it's a grift. Someone is lying and lining their pockets, or they're trying to offload the cost of fixing their insane turnover onto taxpayers. Money is a measure of fucks given. If you need more workers, you pay them. Simple as.
