When Vanathi asked for names of leaders ot this youth / students audience, the names they spelt out gives me the much needed confidence about the future generation. Surprisingly none mentioned #Vijay and even #Modi name came in the very end. While this sounds like good news, this is NOT the representative audience. The folks who come for these kind of debates have high degree of clarity. We can't have self pleasure looking at this and feel great. The real representative youth are the people who use bad words against women in social media. If we ask the same question there the answers might be very different. And that is my deep worry !!! The real challenge is how to make all the youth in TN like the audience in this debate. We have a big task cut out for us.

For many of the deep rooted social issues we blame the politicians and new politicians promise "the moon" but not even have to courtesy to make a call 🤦♀️, it is very sad and bad. TBH, inspite of this, TN is one of the best states for women safety. Yes these kind of atrocities do happen and we need to arrest that. But squarely claiming things are worse both before the election and after election is not acceptable.
