He's a walking paint touch and a nuanced finisher around the rim and in the paint. Explosive, quick athlete who can get by his man from a standstill and elevate over taller defenders to get his shot off. There are obvious baked in defensive disadvantages for a guy listed 6'0" 160 lbs., but Daughtry is an engaged defender with quick hands and good processing. Daughtry has a good argument for the No. 1 overall recruit in 2027, and if he was bigger, I'd say he's the favorite for the top spot in the class.

He has a unique intersection of size, fluid movement, vertical pop, length, and a budding offensive skillset. The sell for Rosser starts with his ceiling as a defender. He's already comfortable switching onto guards/wings and defending in space. Serbia struggled to generate advantages when Rosser was the point-of-attack defender. He creates events with blocks, steals, and deflections. Offensively, Rosser looks most comfortable scoring off ball as a cutter, where he can use his length, fluidity, and vertical pop to finish at the rim, and as a spot-up or movement shooter. The touch on his jumper looks good, and he's got a nice baseline handle to build on as he continues to expand his game. His ceiling will be determined by how much strength and mass he can add to his frame, which should allow him to weaponize his length and athleticism through increased physicality, resulting in easier scoring opportunities on offense and being able to function as the low man/primary rim protector on defense.
