Those who travel in Rs.60 lakh cars (have 3 of them), stay in 6000 sqft apartment worth Rs.30 crores in a gated, manicured gated condominium, spend many months outside India and are surrounded by an army of drivers, maids, cooks, helpers, guards... will never notice the state of the roads and pavements in Gurgaon. For them, India is doing great, their profits have doubled. Only the lesser mortals know that almost every road is in a wretched state.
