This is happening at U-Thant, near ISKL. The pedestrian lane you see was once shaded by trees that have now been chopped off by Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur. Kids who go to school, teachers and parents could walked there anytime because the trees provide shade, but DBKL took that away 1/3
