Two examples from Sunday of Jayden scrambling and using his left arm to brace his fall. Hurt ≠ injured. Trainers and coaches wouldn’t put him out there if he was really hurt. He took a hit on the interception but, per DQ, could have kept playing. As DQ said Monday: sore, not injured. Doctors see no long-term issues. He’s a football player—getting hit comes with the territory. This is tackle football, not flag. 💪🏈

Kingsbury being gone doesn’t bother me. The offense put Jayden in harm’s way far too often, and the out-of-nowhere tackle-eligible and wildcat calls drove me insane. Wish him the best, but if No. 5 is the future, that system wasn’t it.

If you’re a Burgundy & Gold season ticket holder like me, losing a home game next season stings. What stings even more? Being charged for that lost game on top of a price increase. Automatic renewals start Dec 15th. Call your reps and make your voice heard—let them know we want a credit for the missed game. Other teams— Buffalo Bills , Arizona Cardinals , Indianapolis Colts , New England Patriots done right by their fans. Share these examples with the Washington Commanders and push for the same respect.

Some in the fanbase are already questioning how Jayden will perform in a new offensive system without Kingsbury. I couldn’t disagree more. Jayden’s superpower isn’t his legs — it’s his brain. His ability to diagnose a defense in a split second and instantly know where to go with the ball is elite. Fans already know the work he puts in with the VR goggles and film study. I have zero doubt he’ll bring that same obsessive preparation to whatever system the next OC installs. #RaiseHail

What I don’t get is how some in the fanbase are already ready to tank for a draft pick or shut Jayden down for the season. A. The young man needs reps — plain and simple. If he’s healthy, he should be out there learning, growing, and battling. B. There are still 10 games left in this season. That’s a lot of football left to play. I feel for those who have checked out, but I’m proud to know that for every person jumping off the bandwagon, there’s another like my brother Rally Captain — ready to go down with the ship and ride for this team no matter what. There are 52 other players on this roster who deserve our energy, our noise, and our belief. Some fans forget just how much Adam Peters had to overhaul after the Rivera regime. Nearly two-thirds of the roster from the NFC Championship run was new to the team. This season—especially with the wave of injuries—made one thing clear: this roster still lacks overall talent and depth. Even a franchise QB like Jayden can only cover up so much. The team is still paying for the sins of Ron Rivera, and the reality is that this “recalibration” was never going to be a two-year fix. It’s going to take a real infusion of talent to get this roster where it needs to be.

I want to send a huge THANK YOU to all the #Eagles fans who have contributed to our Hail BBQ Crew LUNGevity Foundation fundraiser in the fight against lung cancer. Before Championship weekend, we had raised $8.5K. After the now infamous Hard Rock Cafe Ted video which, for the record, I didn’t film or even know was being recorded we’ve surpassed $26K! The majority of those donations have come from 🦅 fans. [Donate Here: I know this might not sit well with some of my fellow Burgundy and Gold fanmily, but let’s be real not all Eagles fans are bad. Over the weekend, I met some incredible people, and this fundraiser proves that there are plenty more out there. Let’s not judge an entire fan base based on a few loud bad apples. Unfortunately, showing kindness to opposing fans doesn’t go viral negativity does. Just look at the video claiming I left the game early, which has racked up over 2 million views. For the record, I was just heading to the bathroom and stayed for the fireworks at the end of the game. To those still flooding my social media with trash talk keep it coming! Clearly, I live rent-free in your heads. When I come back next season, just make sure my guest room is ready. I want to thank PFT Commenter & Big Cat for the mentions on Pardon My Take & for not going to hard at me. I also want to thank Christie Ileto at Action News on 6abc for taking the time to speak with me and helping spread the word that Philadelphia fans are good people.
