WATCH: Four China Coast Guard vessels entered restricted waters near Kinmen yesterday afternoon, per Taiwan's Coast Guard. The incursion lasted over 2 hours, and was shadowed by CGA vessels throughout. This is the 8th incursion near Kinmen in 2026. 🇨🇳 Vessels: 14529, 14604, 14527, 14603

The PLA has released footage of the “joint aerial strategic patrol” conducted earlier today by Chinese and Russian air forces. The patrol involved Tu-95 and H-6 strategic bombers, as well as airborne early warning aircraft and fighter escorts. It is the 10th such patrol since 2019.

NEW: Footage released today by PLA affiliated social media shows a recent "realistic combat training" in the airspace near Taiwan carried out by several H-6K bombers and J-10 fighter aircraft. The PLA statement says the exercise practiced "early warning over key areas, air blockade, and precision strikes." The release ended with the following: "Defending the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity with concrete actions, and safeguarding the peace and happiness of millions of people, is our solemn pledge."

MND procurement documents show Taiwan plans to procure 2 launchers and 128 missiles for the Strong Bow anti-ballistic missile defense system. Strong Bow is part of the proposed "T-Dome" air defense system announced by President Lai. A test of the missile system is seen below:

NEW: According to Chinese media, the PLAN’s first Type 076 amphibious assault ship, CNS Sichuan (Hull 51), departed this morning, November 14th, for its first sea trial. The trial will focus the reliability of the ship’s propulsion, electrical, and other onboard systems.
