For the OpenAI + Shopify WebMCP Challenge, we brought this to life on a Steve Madden agentic store: “A dinner wedding—dress, heels, clutch and jewellery.” “Make it all pink.” “Change of plans—it’s a beach party.” Each request rebuilds the entire experience, while context like size, style and theme carries across every turn. Not serving an homepage, static PDP's or collections. Just the exact branded UI needed for that moment. That’s AMS - our Agentic Management System. The brand’s own agentic store, not another generic chat window. Impossible a few months ago. Huge credit to Ilya Grigorik, Gil, André Bandarra, idan levin, Sarah Drasner, Max Stoiber, Liad Yosef and Kasper. Demo store and playground repo - linked in the first comment.
