Today we're announcing $280M in Series B funding at a $2B valuation, led by our long-time investor and partner, Menlo Ventures. When we announced our Series A last May, most conversations I had about voice began with someone explaining why they doubted it. I don't have those conversations anymore. People tell me instead how much time they save talking instead of typing and what they want us to build next. In a little over a year, voice has gone from something people were questioning to something they rely on, and it happened faster than we expected. That shift is why we've raised a new round of funding. This funding represents a deeper investment in our products, lab, models, and our team. Alongside the funding, we're announcing a preview of our first proprietary speech model, Canto. Canto is a 2B parameter speech model trained for the places people actually talk: loud rooms, windy streets, a toddler in the background, a second language mixed into the first. Models like this will change how we all interact with devices, and Canto is the first in a rapid line of them. Each one will be larger and more capable than the last, and each should improve Flow's dictation in a way you can feel the day it ships. Larger speech models also open the door to the vision we dreamed up 5 years ago: using your voice as the primary way you interact with devices. That still has to be invented. A voice interface people rely on all day, in every app, doesn't exist anywhere yet. It's time for that to change. In India, we have a saying: “Rishte lafzon ke mohtaaj nahi hote.” Relationships don’t depend on words. Because in India, sometimes “I love you” sounds like: “Have you forgotten us now that you’re out exploring the world?” or “I hope you’re keeping up with your physiotherapy after the surgery!” We don’t always say exactly what we feel. A best friend pulls you into a hug without explaining why. A partner disguises care as a casual reminder. The words may struggle to come out. But expressing them shouldn’t feel like work. i grew up in delhi dreaming of building tech millions of people couldn't live without. today, Wispr Flow is officially live in india! before this launch, i flew to india to answer one question: does wispr flow actually work here? in the back of an auto with horns blaring. a mumbai gym with punjabi music at full volume. a dhaba with the waiter rattling off the menu faster than you can type. we went and found out - it worked every single time. india became our second biggest market on its own. we 3x'd growth in 3 months with no campaigns or partnerships. people just found wispr flow organically and made it part of their daily life. the least we could do was show up for them properly. so we're launching wispr flow in india with hinglish & android support. because it's the way i've spoken my whole life. and the way everyone around me still does. grateful to my co-founder Sahaj Garg, our india lead Nimisha Mehta, and everyone who made this possible.

we just raised another $25M after 10x'ing our ARR in 5 months. the crazy part is this almost never happened. 17 years ago, I watched Iron Man as a 10-year-old kid in Delhi. that night, I pulled my first all-nighter teaching myself to code. not because I wanted to build apps or make money. because I wanted to build Jarvis. my parents gave me 1 hour of screen time per day. so I coded in secret, sleeping every alternate night through middle school and high school. built 50+ apps. got a cease and desist from Google at age 12. all for this one obsession: making computers understand us like humans do. fast forward to today: - we've raised $81M total to build the voice operating system - growing revenue 40% month-over-month this year - 70% user retention after one year (unheard of in consumer) - teams at 270 of the Fortune 500 use Wispr Flow daily our Series A2 was led by Hans Tung at Notable Capital (who was an early investor in five companies that made it to $100B valuation like Slack, Tiktok, and Airbnb). we also brought on Steven Bartlett as an investor and partner. but here's what matters more than the money: we cracked voice input. not transcription - actual understanding. our users hit "send" in under 0.5 seconds without checking. they trust it blindly. that's never existed before. in a recent benchmark, Wispr came out as 3-4x more accurate than OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Siri. and we're just getting started. voice input was step one. now we're building the assistant that actually does things for you. to my co-founder Sahaj Garg - there's no one else I'd rather build Jarvis with than my college roommate and closest friend. to our team pulling all-nighters and shipping magic - you're the reason that 10-year-old kid's dream is becoming real. we're hiring cracked engineers and growth marketers who want to build the future of human-computer interaction. the keyboard had a good 150-year run. time to build what comes next. i killed our india ad budget and wrapped 100 autorickshaws in Wispr Flow branding, driving laps around bangalore. seven weeks later, one of the fastest-growing companies in the country emailed us. my team thought i'd lost it. rickshaws don't scale, and there's no way to attribute a sale to a vehicle sitting in traffic all day. we ran them anyway. then the email came in. Zepto's partnerships team had seen the autos and wanted to talk. the smartest thing i did was forward it to our india lead Nimisha Mehta. seven weeks later, this is what Vasundhara Bhagat turned it into: - a film where zepto's own people plan their 5th birthday with wispr flow. dictating mid-air, flicking the phone across the conference room, nobody typing. - placements inside their app, on the screen twenty million people watch while they wait for their groceries. - zepto's top 100 leaders working with us for the next year. zepto turns 5 this week, and their birthday got planned the way they run the company. fast, and in flow.

a year ago, Wispr Flow was 7 people. today we're 60 our revenue has grown 150x and our user base has grown 200x people ask what changed - honestly? a lot of things but one decision I don't talk about enough: working with a @TitanxCoaching Coach.
