My heart hurts for this dog I tried liberating from an enclosed vacated homeless camp tonight. She let me pet her and whined at the fence but was too scared to jump over. I left her with food and spent a bunch of time trying to get ahold of non emergency. They eventually said they’d send police to help but I waited and they never came 😭😭
