Gina Hinojosa spent her entire week posturing about Governor Abbott’s refusal to debate her. It was a masterclass in political theater designed to make a backbencher look like a victim. The facade shattered the moment Jenn Mack actually accepted the challenge and showed up to talk. Instead of engaging with a real opponent, Gina had her removed from the building. If you demand a fight but call for security when an actual fighter arrives, you are not a leader. You are just a performance artist with a fragile ego who cannot handle an unscripted moment. Gina claims she wants a fair platform for the people of Texas. Jenn Mack stood there ready to give it to her: the result tells you everything you need to know. Do you think Gina was actually scared of Jenn Mack, or just scared of the truth? Drop a comment below and let’s expose the script.

How many of you in the IT industry can relate to this? The first half of my work day is all meetings that I have to be in.

It's a daily struggle in IT. Micro management at it's best, sending daily reports, sending weekly reports, and then ask about what we are doing on governance calls with management each week after sending the reports. Also, asked to document everything we do into SOPs.
