🚨 Extraordinarily, days before States Parties vote on the position of ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan KC, CNN's Amanpour has broadcast an interview in which the complainant repeats her allegations. Those allegations along with the full body of evidence have already been examined in full by an independent judicial panel, which unanimously found no misconduct. That is the only judicial determination in this matter. Anyone who wants to understand the position should watch this extract from the same programme, in which Sareta Ashraph, lead counsel on the Prosecutor's defence team, places the interview and the allegations in their proper context. (Note: I represent Karim Khan KC in this process)
