“The game doesn’t stink. It’s a great game.” I’m tired of all these old heads disrespecting baseball. I was obsessed with it at 6 years old, as a teenager, in college, and still am. They’ve been bitching about it since Babe Ruth started hitting homers and killed the Baltimore chop. They have literally been talking about baseball dying for over a century. “Baseball is dead” is literally as old as the game itself. It’s almost like it’s part of it.
