LONG LINES for OK Snap recipients, as we hear from those struggling to maintain benefits they qualify for. Consider there is a ONE SIDED INCENTIVE for the state. DHS is penalized if they overpay a Snap recipient or give benefits to someone who doesn't qualify. There are NO penalties for not providing benefits for someone who qualifies. (see links: 1/3)
