NY Democrats Gave us a Mother's Day Gift - TRYING TO BAN UNVAXXED KIDS FROM ALL SUMMER CAMPS! TAKE ACTION NOW! This is as underhanded as it gets — on the Friday before Mother’s Day weekend Albany Democrats snuck in a bill requiring all summer camps to ban all unvaccinated and partially vaccinated children from participation. A dangerous vote in the Senate Health Committee is happening tomorrow, Tuesday, May 12. We must stop this! Everyone needs to do the following right now: First, make 2 phone calls: Health Committee Chair Senator Gustavo Rivera: 518-455-3395 Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart Cousins: (518) 455-2715 Tell Rivera to remove bill S.3958a from the agenda on Tuesday May 12 - we want NO VOTE on this terrible bill! Tell Stewart-Cousins she must not bring this bill to the senate floor! Last, complete the following action alert now, then call your Senator and tell them VOTE NO ON S3958.a! Assemblymember Jeffrey Dinowitz and Senator James Skoufis are trying to do more favors for the vaccine industry with S3958a/A3254a, a bill that will require children who attend summer camp to be up-to-date with the required vaccine schedule. This is just another authoritarian bill that undermines parental rights, religious rights, and the authority of physicians to treat patients, for no discernible public health benefit, and further bolsters the Democrats’ position as puppets of the vaccine cartel. This bill has already passed in the Assembly so we will have to stop it in the State Senate. TAKE ACTION NOW! TALKING POINTS: Is there any need for this bill? Are there demonstrable outbreaks in summer camps? This bill will close dozens, if not hundreds of summer camps in New York. Once again, the Democrats have no clue how to incentivize business in New York. This bill would also place a considerable administrative burden on camps. Only one other state, California, requires all campers to be up-to-date with the school schedule. This bill just adds to the needless and unjust discrimination against people with religious beliefs that preclude some or all vaccinations since New York became in 2019 one of only 5 states that do not allow religious exemptions in 2019. Medical exemptions are technically allowed in New York, but they are nearly impossible to get, as shown by New York having the lowest rate of medical exemptions of any state, according to CDC. TAKE ACTION NOW:

No One in NYC Should Vote for Zhoran Mamdani for Mayor Mamdani states definitively he will not reinstate fired unvaccinated NYC workers. He stands by discredited "public health" mandates from 2021 still in 2025 and says he may bring back vaccine mandates Outstanding job by retired NYPD Lieutenant John D. Macari Jr. 🇺🇸🗽 on the THE FINEST UNFILTERED PODCAST podcast questioning NYC mayoral candidate Zhoran Mamdani about fired unvaccinated workers in NYC. In the clip below, Mamdani clearly says NO, as mayor he WILL NOT rehire nor reinstate fired unvaccinated workers. I appreciate this response from Mamdani, as it makes clear that no one should vote for him or rank him in the upcoming NYC mayoral election; not if you care about workers rights and/or medical freedom. Mamdani had been dodging us on this issue for months, as we had posted on X two weeks ago. Today he stated he stands by “the necessity of upholding that public health mandate” even though today the mandate has been completely discredited. Every education district in New York state had a testing option for workers in lieu of vaccination with only one exception - NYC. There were dozens (if not hundreds) of NYPD employees allowed to stay on the job in NYC unvaccinated who were allowed to test in lieu of vaccination. So why not teachers? Kitchen workers? Firefighters? Sanitation workers? I greatly thank Zhoran Mamdani for stating clearly, on the record, that he stands in opposition to all unvaccinated people. He makes clear he will bring back a vaccine mandate for all New York workers if he ever believes there is a need for it. No one should vote for, or rank, Zhoran Mamdani in the upcoming Democratic primary on June 24 in NYC, nor during the general election on November 4.

As Mayor Curtis Sliwa Will Rehire Fired Unvaxxed Workers with Backpay Curtis Sliwa makes promise to dedicate his inauguration day to fired unvaccinated workers, reinstating us on day 1 of his administration: January 1, 2026 Republican nominee for NYC Mayor Curtis Sliwa gives a phenomenal answer when asked if he will rehire NYC workers fired for not getting the COVID shots. Some significant highlights: 1. Sliwa says he will “dedicate inaugural day” to fired unvaccinated workers, bringing us up on stage with him on January 1, 2026 when he is inaugurated as Mayor of NYC. 2. He references the press conference from 2 months ago where Eric Adams and UFT President Michael Mulgrew stated they were making 3,000 new teacher positions. Sliwa says the first hires for these positions should be fired unvaccinated teachers. 3. Sliwa references that many workers fired for not getting the COVID shot have lost everything from income to homes, that we were not permitted to seek other employment, and he recognizes that some were even made homeless by these reckless policies of Mayors Eric Adams and Bill de Blasio. The below clip comes from an interview of Republican nominee for Mayor Curtis Sliwa on THE FINEST UNFILTERED PODCAST hosted by retired NYPD Lieutenants John D. Macari Jr. 🇺🇸🗽 and Eric Dym. It is very interesting to note that recently my good friend Tramell Thompson Tramell Thompson, vice president of Local 100 Transit Union, put a mayoral poll up on his Instagram account. As of today with 950 responses, the poll results are as follows: Sliwa: 39% Mamdani: 37% Adams: 12% Cuomo: 12% (See screenshot of poll in comments)
