I am a Licensed Electrical Contractor, I work for a company that manufactures and installs commercial LED fixtures. Just finished a job for a US Govco building. 1. The drivers work on any voltage range between 115-277 or 460-480, depending on the application. 2. Flickering (Strobing) is 95% from a Defective Driver. 3. There is no possible way all these drivers are going bad at the same time. 4. The only logical, technical answer to this is that the frequency of the power is unstable. US is 60Hz European is 50Hz. 60 or 50 Cycles per Second. For this to happen on a large scale, the Utility Provider has to have an imbalance between Production and Load. Very uncommon. 5. Excessive loads on the grid, normally the computer switches part of the load to a different substation. 6. There isn't a logical explanation for this on a wide scale, other than more planned PSYOP'S, to create more panic and fear. 7. Walmarts, Airports, Hospitals, Essential Structures like Police, Fire, etc. Are always fed from a minimum of 2 different substations. Many are fed from 3 with automatic transfer gear. 8. If this wasn't a PSYOP, or Intentional planned exercise to create more panic. Utility workers would be all over this, in less than 30 minutes. If it's doing that to the lighting, it's happening to motors, compressors, and computers. Watch the left hand so you don't pay attention to the right hand.
