I don’t know why the town turned the flashing yellow lights on here but FSD doesn’t understand at all and stabs the brakes when they flash. It’s awful. The signs next to them say to stop WHEN FLASHING RED. When will FSD read and understand words???

FSD has driven me on this turn hundreds of times over the past 4+ years and NEVER turned into the shoulder like it did today (14.2) Obviously I disengaged to correct and leave a very annoyed voice note 😄 Ashok Elluswamy

Every day I disengage here. At least for the last four years before v14 I could scroll the speed down manually. You pass into the city going 55 mph when it’s 35 and a cop is sitting there and you will have a bad day. This is marked with the green sign, but it is also NC law that says if there is no posted speed in any town it defaults to 35 mph.

I wish I could understand what Elon Musk saw internally in April 2019 to think that they’d be feature complete by end of 2019 and be good enough to fall asleep in the car by end of 2020. We didn’t even get traffic lights on autopilot until May 2020 and couldn’t recognize speed limit signs until August 2020. Still don’t have actual smart summon or reverse summon now and not even close to being good enough to not pay attention.
