There’s no way that D&E pizza profit revenue covers The Alberts’ costs of living. Absolutely no way. I’d love to see the P&L reports for their busiest month of 2024. We know that John went into D&E Pizza earlier in the morning/afternoon of 1/28/2022 and was invited by Chris Albert to join him and his family at The Waterfall Bar & Grill. Did John go there to confront his neighbor about his son Colin’s alleged drug activity? Was there already discussion amongst the McAlberts to “do something about John” prior to this visit to D&E? Was this a motive to kill Boston police officer John O’Keefe? Was John lured to The Waterfall bar and then once Higgins was drinking and saw Karen happy with John and The Alberts started comparing their gripes about John, did they pull their collective loathing of John and then lure him to 34 Fairview Rd in order to “teach him a lesson”? #freekarenread #JusticeForJohnOkeefe
