Jimin & Jungkook story about their trainees days🤣 🐥: But what’s also funny about the religious thing is that we’re basically going to eat something, right. So we went there, and in the military trainees there are these things like who came in which week, who entered earlier, that kind of hierarchy stuff. But I went with Jungkook. The two of us went there thinking we’d just eat a piece of bread. We got there—honestly, we did want to eat it. But all those shaved-head guys were doing something together. We went to church, and there was this thing where you stand up, dance, and sing. The two of us looked at each other like, “Ah, damn…” We really didn’t want to do it at all. But then a trainee who came in about a week earlier came and said, “Everyone stand up, hurry up,” like that, passing by saying “Hurry up, do it.” And Jungkook was like— “No way.” “Why not?” “Because I don’t want to do it.” 🤣🤣🤣

BTS Producer Nitti talks about how JIMIN did the bridge of ‘into the sun’ & everyone got crazy bout it. They had an ‘anthem’😭 🗣️: ‘Jimin also worked on like the bridge for Into the Sun, perhaps? Working on the melody?’ Nitti: Yess… That part is even cooler because that part I wasn’t there for. I remember the next day after we kind of had this like verse and the part where he goes, Dawn! He like, he kept screaming ‘Dawn’. That part was so cool. 🗣️: ‘I love it’ Nitti: ‘We didn’t have the best part of the song like ‘I’ll follow you’. Like we didn’t record the vocals for that. We did this like big guitar part at the end. And then I remember Teezo, Wes (DIPLO), Kaiyen, Jimin, they were coming up because I remember we were working on like a totally different song. And DIPLO comes in. He’s like, oh, yo, I think we just nailed the chorus. Like the last chorus is crazy. And I was like, oh, what? Let me see. So I came into the room and I remember, I was like, oh, this feels like the ending anthem like at the show. Yes. Which is also another cool thing that they ended up doing that. Exactly. The show live. Yeah. It’s like the last song and everybody, it’s exactly how we pictured it. It was crazy.’

Jimin ending laughing with Jungkook at their back-to-back night guards 🤣 🐥: “Jungkook and I had back-to-back night guard duties in the military. When I returned, I’d tell him, ‘Jungkook-ah, wake up, it’s time to get up now,’ and he’d just respond with ‘AHHH FFF.’ I was supposed to go to sleep, but he was so funny that I couldn’t help laughing while trying to wake him up, like ‘hurry up, get out of there.’ ‘YOU NEED TO WAKE UP SO I CAN SLEEP.’ He didn’t seem to care if anyone else heard or if he disturbed the others—he’d just go ‘AHHH FFFFF’ without hesitation. Then, about a minute later, he’d properly wake up, sit down, rub his shaved head, and go, ‘Hyung, what are we even doing here anyway?’”

DIPLO about Jimin 🐥 & ‘into the sun’ composition 😭 DIPLO: ‘maybe one of the moments that sticks out for me is when we made ‘Into the Sun’. I got there kind of late, and it was Tyler Johnson playing guitar, and it was just Jimin (…) Tayler was playing this guitar line, and then Jimin was just singing with this weird distortion on. And we were just like, this is perfect!. This is kind of like a hook!. And then we just tracked that, and then me and Tezoo and Kaien and Jimin and V kind of worked on this idea .. like, what can this song be about? And then that's probably the fastest song to happen. It was like in like 20 minutes.’
