It’s 1990. You’re just a hip young Jew from Coney Island trying to make a buck on Wall Street. All of a sudden, the people who won capitalism invite you onto the board of their subterranean disease manufacturing laboratory beneath Manhattan, because they need YOU, Jeffrey Epstein, to modernise their operation! Next thing you know, your brand new Chase Manhattan bank account is funding something called the Santa Fe Institute in New Mexico, and the State Department has hooked you up with a dyncorp jet to chaperone Chemical bank’s latest client. A recently bankrupted property developer whose debt is being managed by the Rothschilds. You can't believe your luck!
