Their car was vandalized in the morning, and while staff & officers were filing an FIR, an enraged customer set the officer’s car on fire - completely destroying it! 📢 FIR is registered against the accused, but why is bank management silent? Good initiative by Union Bank of India that needs to be appreciated for promoting work-life balance with these key measures: 1️⃣ Employees must leave the bank premises by 6:30 PM 2️⃣ No official calls/messages between 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM. 👉 Suggestion: The bank should create a monitoring team to ensure these measures are implemented properly, holding individuals accountable where necessary. We need more such practical, employee-centered reforms in the industry !!! A brave Branch Manager of Union Bank of India tried to stop malpractice at a local Aadhaar center, where the operator was illegally charging extra money for banking services. After the manager reported the fraud, authorities shut down the center - leading to a violent attack on him by the corrupt elements !! Why is the Government turning a blind eye to such attacks ?? Why are bankers left unprotected while they uphold integrity? This is not an isolated incident - such attacks are happening frequently, yet there is NO serious action !!
