Good initiative by Union Bank of India that needs to be appreciated for promoting work-life balance with these key measures: 1️⃣ Employees must leave the bank premises by 6:30 PM 2️⃣ No official calls/messages between 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM. 👉 Suggestion: The bank should create a monitoring team to ensure these measures are implemented properly, holding individuals accountable where necessary. A brave Branch Manager of Union Bank of India tried to stop malpractice at a local Aadhaar center, where the operator was illegally charging extra money for banking services.
