The left will say that "Islamaphobia is on the rise" so this commission is needed to combat it with Bill S.2134. But that doesn't jive with reality, where anti-semitic incidents in Massachusetts far outnumber anti-Islamic incidents. A report from Attorney Elizabeth McMorrow points out, "Jews are 4% of the population of Massachusetts while Muslims are 2%. There are twice as many Jews as Muslims in Massachusetts, yet there are over 13 times as many bias incidents against Jews than against Muslims." So what's this really about?
