This is a really special moment for me ❤️ I’ve spent the past 8 years visiting schools, leading workouts for kids, and doing everything I can to get children moving and feeling good. From school tours to PE with Joe, I’ve seen how powerful a bit of movement can be - not just for physical health, but for confidence, mood, and mental wellbeing. Now, after more than 2 years of love, energy and hard work, I’m so proud to finally share something brand new with you… It’s called Activate 🎉 Activate is a FREE animated workout series designed to get kids moving, laughing and having fun this summer — and beyond. You’ll meet my Activator gang and dance to amazing music powered by Universal Music UK, and feel the joy that comes from moving your body. Wow! I cannot believe it’s been 5 years 🥺 On March 23rd 2020, I cleared out my living room and went live on YouTube for the first day of PE With Joe. What started as a way to keep kids (and grown-ups!) active at home during lockdown, turned into something so much bigger than I ever could have imagined - with millions of us coming together every morning to laugh, stay positive and get fitter. It will always be my proudest achievement and I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who joined in - whether you did one workout or every single one. You inspired me every day and although it was a difficult time, I have so many amazing memories from our time together 💙 Do you have any good memories from PE with Joe? ☺️ #PeWithJoe #lockdown

Just completed the 3 Peaks Challenge with my amazing Body Coach team. What an experience — 3 mountains, 24 hours, one unforgettable journey. It was so tough and I definitely underestimated how much of a physical challenge it would be. But wow. It was absolutely stunning and Scotland, The Lake District and Wales totally blew me away 💙
