My first ever slow cooker recipe. Chicken and sweet potato satay curry 😍👌🏽 I know I am 10 years late to this party but I can’t believe how good slow cookers are. They are so easy to use and make the food taste so good especially chicken and meat. Would you like to see more slow cooker recipes?

This is a really special moment for me ❤️ I’ve spent the past 8 years visiting schools, leading workouts for kids, and doing everything I can to get children moving and feeling good. From school tours to PE with Joe, I’ve seen how powerful a bit of movement can be - not just for physical health, but for confidence, mood, and mental wellbeing. Now, after more than 2 years of love, energy and hard work, I’m so proud to finally share something brand new with you… It’s called Activate 🎉 Activate is a FREE animated workout series designed to get kids moving, laughing and having fun this summer — and beyond. You’ll meet my Activator gang and dance to amazing music powered by Universal Music UK, and feel the joy that comes from moving your body. This has been created in partnership with the amazing team at STUDIOAKA (the legends behind Hey Duggee) and supported by Department of Health and Social Care Department for Education and Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport to help make movement more accessible for all families and schools across the country. 🎬 The first episode is LIVE now on my YouTube channel — check it out here and get your little ones moving with us: Please share it, tag your videos with #ActivateWithJoe, and let’s spread the joy of movement to as many kids as we can 🙌

When I started my journey over 14 years ago as a personal trainer and running bootcamps in the park, I never imagined that one day I would have my own fitness and nutrition app that would help millions of people all over the world start their fitness journey’s 🙌

Wow! I cannot believe it’s been 5 years 🥺 On March 23rd 2020, I cleared out my living room and went live on YouTube for the first day of PE With Joe. What started as a way to keep kids (and grown-ups!) active at home during lockdown, turned into something so much bigger than I ever could have imagined - with millions of us coming together every morning to laugh, stay positive and get fitter. It will always be my proudest achievement and I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who joined in - whether you did one workout or every single one. You inspired me every day and although it was a difficult time, I have so many amazing memories from our time together 💙 Do you have any good memories from PE with Joe? ☺️ #PeWithJoe #lockdown

FULL SPEECH: My full acceptance speech after receiving my honorary doctorate in sports science & exercise from St Mary’s University 🎓☺️ I cried a bit as I felt really emotional and I think it’s good to show your emotions so I’m going to share it with you. I hope you enjoy it. Thank you 🙏
