It's been six months of waiting for a decision by the NH Supreme Court on Adam Montgomery's appeal for the 2019 murder of his daughter Harmony. She died a brutal death two weeks after I finalized the adoption of Harmony's brother with his dads and brothers in my courtroom. Five years later, I sat in a courtroom with them and listened to Johnathon Bobbitt-Miller and Blair Miller implore the monster Montgomery to reveal the location of her remains at his sentencing. I promised every cent of profit would go to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, and I’ve kept that promise. As we await the New Hampshire Supreme Court’s decision on her killer’s appeal — now 216 days after argument — I hope people will take five minutes to watch the story I shared at the book launch and to remember Harmony.

The ME ‘s office has revised Sandra Birchmore’s cause of death from “asphyxia by hanging” to just “asphyxia" with the manner of death "undetermined" rather than homicide, further victimizing Sandra. What changed other than the optics for his assistant DA now running for the DA’s job? This is further victimization of Sandra by the DA’s office. It has to stop. This is how I explained Sandra’s victimization by Farwell on Court TV even as she became an adult.
