Faker: I’m actually not the leader type. I wasn’t the leader type back then either. Like I mentioned earlier, I used to just play games at home, I mostly just played games at home and didn’t enjoy going out or socializing, and becoming a leader was even more not the case for me. Faker: But now I’ve been living as a gamer for almost 13 years, about 13 years as a pro gamer and there are times when it (leadership) becomes necessary in pro life. So once I realized that, I felt that for our team to win, if I want to win, I need to support my teammates and help them perform better. Faker: From there, I started thinking about what it takes to be a leader so I’ve been reading some books about it.... Yes, I’ve read about five or six books related to leadership. I also spent a lot of time thinking about how I could help my teammates improve. Along the way, I acted on these ideas and reflected on them. Back when DOFGK were one game away from being eliminated from Worlds against AL, everyone was actually just laughing except for Doran 😅 Untara: "If you lose this game, it’s over. When you went into Game 4 (against AL), was there any conversation in the waiting room with your teammates after losing the previous games?" Oner: "Honestly, we just talked about draft. But at that time, except for Hyeonjun hyung, pretty much everyone was laughing ㅋㅋㅋ" Oner: "We did lose Games 2 and 3, but it didn’t feel like we would actually lose. Game 2 was just because of too many mistakes on our side, and Game 3 was tough because of the draft. For Game 4, from the moment we got in, we thought that if the draft came out as a 5v5, we’d definitely win. We just found it funny (? lol), it was actually fun."
