A knife wielding woman charging at NYPD was shot dead this afternoon in Times Square Before being taken down Pamela Cisneros of Queens stabbed two people - a 32-year-old woman who died and a 68-year-old man in critical condition. Before being shot police urged Cisneros for four minutes to drop her weapons. Even after being tased multiple times she refused to comply. Justified shooting!
