It was great to be back at Loftus Road QPR FC supporting @drinkaware's Drinking Check campaign to get more of us checking how much we're drinking more often and talking more openly about it. Personally, I'm comfortable with my relationship with alcohol. I enjoy a drink now and then, but it's all in moderation. This September, the bhf Spotlight campaign is shining a spotlight on hidden heart diseases. I joined over 200 supporters at Crystal Palace F.C.’s football stadium, where 180 seats were left empty - representing the 180 lives that are lost to coronary heart disease each day in the UK (one every eight minutes). The the bhf funds ground-breaking research, preventing more families living with that gaping hole left by the loss of a loved one. #BHFSpotlight
