The Victorian Government has gone and introduced its own so-called Indigenous “voice” at the state level — After the whole country voted NO to the idea. We had a referendum. Every state said no. The people of Australia spoke loud and clear. Yet down in Victoria, the most hard-left, out-of-touch government in the country, they’ve decided to ignore the national vote and push ahead anyway. Last night’s flag run with the boys was awesome 🇦🇺 I headed out driving with a bit of gear, even had a cardboard cutout of Pauline Hanson riding shotgun. Banged up a few flags, had a proper laugh, and enjoyed the night. After that, we rolled into the pub for a feed and to catch the South Australian election results. One Nation had a solid showing, and Cory Bernardi got up — some real positives there. The best part of the night wasn’t the politics or the results — it was getting out on the flag run and spending time with the boys. We’re about building a strong group of mates across the country — good people, good energy, getting out together and making the most of it. The group keeps growing. Back in the day, Aussies had a better work-life balance. We didn’t have to work ourselves into the ground. Families had more time together, and people had more freedom. So what went wrong? The government got lazy. They got corrupt. They only cared about winning votes and hanging onto power. Instead of backing every part of our economy — manufacturing, mining, farming, services — and actually fixing things, they took the easy way out. They just pulled the same lever: mass migration. Sure, it bumps up the GDP, but it doesn’t fix housing. It doesn’t rebuild industry. It doesn’t give Aussie families a fair go. This has to stop. After the horrendous terrorist attack at Bondi, Australians are asking a simple question: what will actually make us safer? I want to put forward a serious proposal for discussion. 1️⃣ Trusted & Trained Concealed Carry Licence Introduce a highly regulated concealed-carry pistol licence available only to serving and former Australian Police, Military, and Armed Reserves. These Australians are already trained, vetted, and trusted. This would also act as a powerful incentive to join the Police, the ADF, or the Armed Reserves — offering trusted individuals the ability to lawfully and discreetly carry for personal and public protection, with privacy respected and strict accountability maintained. Having hundreds of thousands of trained professionals quietly present in the community would increase deterrence and improve public safety — without changing everyday life for ordinary Australians. 2️⃣ Castle Doctrine for Homes & Businesses Homeowners and business owners should have the clear legal right to defend themselves, their families, and their property. If someone forcibly enters with intent to harm, steal, or threaten life, the law should support the use of decisive and overwhelming force in defence. 3️⃣ Legal Pepper Spray for Law-Abiding Australians Australians without criminal convictions should be allowed to purchase pepper spray for self-defence — a non-lethal option that empowers individuals and deters criminals. Together, these reforms would strengthen deterrence, restore confidence, and improve national security. You wouldn’t know who is carrying — but you would know that nearby, there may be someone trusted, trained, and capable of responding if the unthinkable happens. This is about safer communities and realistic self-defence. What do you think? How could this be improved?
