Found a way to still recruit during bowl season when they have shut recruiting down. Go under “Manage Blueprint” and then “Recruiting NIL” and then press Y (on Xbox) then you will enter the Recruiting Hub. It will show “0” hours but hours can be used still. #CFB27 #Dynasty
