Yesterday this Karen decides to traumatise my son! Driving round filming him! She was concerned he MAY TURF up the grass! I demanded she removed the footage and called the police! BUT apparently causing alarm and distress to a 9 year old and filming him is not an offence 🤬 Kent Police (UK) absolute disgrace!
