In Jiwon’s 16 years career, she rarely appears on variety shows, and I’m convinced Lee Kwangsoo left such a strong impression that she hasn’t gone on many since 😂 #16YEARSWITHKIMJIWON #KimJiWon #김지원

Since it’s the 10th anniversary of Descendants of the Sun, I’d like to thank the show for putting Kim Jiwon in a uniform.

We all know how introverted Kim Jiwon is, but the contrast when she plays Choi Aera in Fight for My Way is insane.

Back in 2012, Kim Jiwon still a rookie in the industry held a fansign event. She was so nervous beforehand because she thought only 5–10 people would show up to meet her. Fourteen years later, she’s now selling out fan meetings with huge crowds showing up for her everywhere she goes. Kim Jiwon, you’ve really come so far 🥹

From attending the SBS Drama Awards in 2013 as a supporting actress in The Heirs to returning 13 years later on SBS Drama Awards as the sole lead of her own drama, Doctor X. That’s how far Kim Jiwon has come.

Here’s the full scene: Jiwon wanted Yoo Jaesuk as her partner, so she intentionally gave the other members less time to answer so they wouldn’t succeed in becoming her partner instead of Jaesuk 😂 #16YEARSWITHKIMJIWON #KimJiWon #김지원

For anyone who didn’t know, Kim Jiwon was actually trained to become a kpop idol under the name “Jessica K.” She can play the piano, guitar, and ukulele, and she also sings very well. She later decided to pursue acting instead.
