According to Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt, he did “zero” favors to help his campaign donor Sara Polston score an early release from prison after she nearly killed someone while driving drunk. But recorded jailhouse calls between Polston and her husband – prominent Norman tax attorney and Stitt supporter Rod Polston – tell a very different story, and suggest the governor was even considering a pardon! The whole thing is shameful, awful, and a sad new low for a governor who specializes in producing new lows.
