Day one in southern Brazil is nearly over! It was very fun and interesting. Lots of good food and language barriers but so far I am really enjoying Brazil. Tomorrow we chase severe storms and supercells!

Day three of my storm chasing trip to southern Brazil wasn’t successful on paper, but it was a blast nonetheless. On to tomorrow! Also, it was hilarious seeing Palm Trees in corn and wheat fields today in western RS!

Day 2 chasing severe weather in southern Brazil was beyond expectations. Lots of great food and two massive supercells, including a possible tornado!
