Cambodian forces launch attacks on Thai border areas, causing civilian casualties . Cambodian forces have reportedly intensified their assault on the border regions of Surin and Sisaket provinces in Thailand, using BM-21 Grad 122mm multiple rocket launchers. . According to initial reports, Cambodian forces targeted a 7-Eleven convenience store located within a PTT gas station in Ban Phue, Kantaralak District, Sisaket Province. The attack led to significant casualties, including students and civilians. . At 10:42 AM today, a further escalation occurred as Cambodian forces launched additional BM-21 Grad rockets at civilian homes in a community in Kap Choeng District, Surin Province, Thailand, resulting in more casualties. . In another incident, Cambodian forces fired rockets at Phanom Dong Rak Hospital in Surin Province, exacerbating the ongoing violence in the region. . Pattaya bar temporarily closed after tourists assault staff, spark brawl . A bar in Pattaya has shut down temporarily following a widely shared video showing a violent altercation between foreign tourists and Thai nationals. . The incident, which took place on Tuesday, sparked public outrage and concern over the city's image as a tourist destination. . The footage captured two intoxicated foreign men allegedly harassing a female server and provoking other patrons, eventually leading to a chaotic fistfight. . According to police, the tourists entered the venue heavily intoxicated and began acting inappropriately, including allegedly lifting and groping a female staff member without consent. . One staff member reported hitting her head on an air conditioner unit during the incident. Another new employee was reportedly also harassed and has since refused to return to work. . Security guards at the venue claimed they tried to escort the men out peacefully, but the tourists became more aggressive, even pouring beer on one guard's head and challenging others to a fight. . After repeated provocation and assaults on nearby water festival participants, one guard admitted to punching a tourist in the face, which triggered a wider scuffle involving locals and other foreigners. . Police brought in the bar’s management, two guards and the assaulted employee for questioning, along with reviewing CCTV footage. . While no charges have been filed yet, authorities are continuing to investigate. The foreign men involved have not come forward to file a complaint. . Foreign envoys witness fallout from Cambodian attacks on Thai border .
