According to Shadab, he was assigned a service request to repair an air conditioner at a customer's residence. He said that after reaching the location, he informed the customer about the service visit charges, to which the customer allegedly agreed before asking him to carry out the repair. Shadab alleged that after the repair work was completed, the customer asked for his name. Upon learning his identity, the customer allegedly threatened to implicate him in a false case and said, "You're a Mulla, aren't you? Get out of here. I didn't call you."
