The film shared numerous conspiracy theories about vaccines & African-Americans including the discredited claim that the MMR vaccine causes autism at higher rates in African-American boys. The film exploits the real and disturbing history of racism & atrocities in the medical field — such as the Tuskegee syphilis study — to scare communities of color to be suspicious of modern-day vaccines. One of the producers of the film is Curtis Cost, an anti-vaccine virus denier who has previously said "viruses do not cause anything, it's a hoax, it's a myth ... whether you are talking about HIV virus, the flu virus or any other virus." In this interview with Curtis Cost, Robert F. Kennedy Jr discusses vaccines & African-Americans. "It's just one huge experiment on black Americans. And they know...what is happening and they are doing nothing. It is just the confirmation that the Tuskegee experiment has never stopped."
