Yesterday, I walked out of prison a free man after 1,418 days, thanks to the grace of God and the courage of President Trump. The weight of those days lifted as I saw my kids' faces light up with joy, their arms wrapped around me, tears streaming down. This moment, right here, is what freedom feels like. I'm home, where I belong, with the ones who love me, because of the unwavering support from all of you who never stopped believing in us, the January 6th hostages. Your pressure, your voices, they made this possible. We are reunited, and it's because of you, because of him. Thank you, America. Thank you, President Trump.

Today, I stood with my brother, Bart Shively, a Marine Corps veteran and January 6th defendant, to present him with his Billboard Platinum Plaque for his powerful voice on Justice for All—the song that hit #1 on iTunes and Billboard, carrying the heart of J6ers. This wasn’t just about a plaque. It was a moment to honor a man who stared down cancer, persecution, and a broken system, yet still sang for freedom. Bart’s fighting his final battle with cancer, with hospice by his side. Yet even now, his spirit is unbreakable. In the DC Jail, we endured hell together—rotten water, filthy cells, and guards who tried to crush us. But Bart? He was a lion. Despite cancer eating at him, his voice shook the walls, reminding us who we’re fighting for: America. His part in Justice for All was more than a song—it was our fight, our faith, our refusal to bow. I needed to give Bart this honor myself, to look him in the eyes and thank him for standing tall. This plaque is proof that Bart’s fight reached the world. His love for America never wavered, and neither will ours. Pray for Bart as he prepares to meet our Savior. Share his story.
