It’s been 11 months, and 14 days since I quit alcohol. An addiction that had been slowly destroying me for nearly 20 years since I was 18! Sure, I had some good times. But also on several occasions bad times. Last year after a night of binge drinking (and regrets) I quit for good. Been tracking my progress too. Here's a Sobriety Tracker Chrome extension I made:
