Sadly Draft Kings announced today that their Sportsbook at Wrigley Field will be closing May 31st. This is a video I took when I first went there a few years ago. It really was a fantastic setup. The numbers are what they are. The % of people betting on their phones as opposed to in-person retail with cash continues to increase year over year, so unfortunately this trend of brick-and-mortar books closing is going to continue.

In a legalized betting environment, this type of predatory behavior should be 100% illegal. Ballys has taken away the option to bet Under on Player Props, which of course allows them to juice the hell out of the Over to whatever they want. Sickening.
