A Long Island motorist has filed a lawsuit against the Suffolk County Police Department alleging he was beaten during a traffic stop in Medford. According to the lawsuit, after requesting a supervisor and refusing to exit his vehicle before speaking with one, an officer allegedly entered the car and punched him multiple times before officers forcibly removed and arrested him.
