Been playing some DD again the past couple of days. I’m not sure why, but grinding content in Strike Zone 3 with the no-doubt homer cam off has been oddly satisfying to me. Been playing so much I feel like I’m relapsing in some way 😭

A couple things I’ve noticed from this side-by-side. - I’ve heard some buzz about The Show looking “desaturated”, and I see that 100% with how dull the field is here. - Stances and windups look fine, but something there still looks off. - Maybe it’s unfair to nitpick a video game vs real life, I’m not sure 😂

How to use the new Collection screens. 1. Mark any cards you don't want to collect, like cards you'd want to sell. They'll stay marked like this until you turn it off, and you can still sell them whenever you want. 2. Hold Square/X to collect all the other uncollected cards.

Another look at Ambush hitting. Looks like the PCI shrinks in the area you aren't ambushing by "about 2 difficulties higher", so that PCI there on All-Star should be close to Legend difficulty. So, it seems the punishment is BIG if you ambush wrong.

I’m not one to recommend buying packs. This Vault pack may be worth a scoop if you have an extra 30k stubs to throw around. Chase Pack, though… probably not 😂

I found a subtle but pretty big reason why I really haven't loved recent MLB The Shows. The in-game feel. Not sure these clips showcase this the best, though. The 2010s era of The Show felt smooth. MLB 26 has more broken animations, jarring camera cuts, and is 100% laggier.

Hopped onto MLB 21 before going to bed so I can feel the crack that is Matty V commentary and a Joey Gallo homer as a bonus

Decided to play a game with the 2006 vs 2026 Japan WBC teams, and it made me miss Ichiro in more baseball games. Also, as you’d expect, these player models and animations look far better.

In online games in MLB 25, you don't need to warm up pitchers anymore. Also, pause time is reduced from 3 minutes to 1 minute 30 seconds! Nice little change for the long waits in menus online.

Quick yap about PCI Sensitivity in MLB 26. Best way to describe it is this: It adjusts how fast the PCI moves from Point A to B. Basically, low sens will make it feel a little "floaty", making the PCI move slower to the spot you slam the stick to. #ad #MLBTS26SpringTraining

SDS added this 3 Home Run Extreme Moment to the game yesterday. I'm so glad they did, because it was the EASIEST MOMENT OF ALL TIME (sarcasm).
