GOT WORMS? Well, we all do. Now let’s talk about ’em. Parasites and other unwanted organisms can be picked up from many potential sources: food, tap water, swimming, travel, animals, and undercooked or raw foods, among others. As I’ve shared with you constantly, I’m privileged to have access to a lot of incredible longevity technology, treatments, and expensive toys. But 95% of the shark gevity things that Heather John and I do for our health cost little to no money. So the lack of money shouldn’t be a deterrent. After I posted about the crazy parasite cleanse Heather and I are doing, I got tons of calls and messages from friends asking: “What exactly are you doing?” So I’m putting the actual cleanse and protocol on the last slides. It costs very little. It’s definitely not easy. But your health is worth investing the time and effort into. So before I head back for another couple of hours in the bathroom, swipe through to see the exact protocol. P.S. Please don’t do something just because you saw me or anybody else doing it online. Do your homework and talk with your health professional before trying any cleanse, supplement, or protocol. Every body is different. I’ve been fasting for the last year and this just hit me 🤷🏾♂️ If you travel like I do. You should consider trying to fast. Don’t get discouraged if you can’t stick to it right away. I failed for 2yrs prior to being able to do it. But once I locked in. I can do it anytime I want. You can too 💪🏾

I have to admit that I’m a little bit of a Prepper. But it’s being prepared for things like natural disasters and thing like that. But when this came across my timeline. It stopped me in my tracks to see how spot on @methodmanofficial was in this random interview 30 yrs ago. Here is what @conspiracyveil wrote in this post. And I couldn’t agree more: They told you hip-hop was just music. They told you the lyrics were just entertainment. But go back and really LISTEN to Method Man 30 years ago. Long before Apple Pay, before tap to pay was everywhere, he had a line about a world with: “No more paper money, it’s going to be cards to show what status you are...” In the 90s, that sounded like scifi. Today, we live in a world where digital payments, credit scores, and cashless stores are normal. The way we pay has completely changed. He also rapped about economic crashes and how corporate America prepares while regular people feel the impact. Anyone who lived through 2008 or 2020 knows that feeling when the economy shifts, working families feel it first. This is why hip hop has always been more than music. It's social commentary. It's street journalism. Rappers like Method Man were describing the pressures, fears, and patterns they saw in their communities. It wasn't about predicting the future. It was about paying attention to the present.

I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND OUT WHAT IS REALLY HIDING IN OUR MOUTHS. So I’m Back at @drjgandhi for the next step of my 6 month biological dentistry process. Removing old metals, addressing what was found beneath the surface, and reconstructing my mouth with a focus on whole body health. Dr. Gandhi is the leading expert in this field and is also training other dentists in this approach because there’s only one of him and a whole lot of mouths out there. YOU’D BE SURPRISED HOW MANY PEOPLE CONNECT WITH YOU WHEN YOU’RE JUST BEING YOU. You don’t need to be a social media expert to build a following. The most powerful thing you can do is simply put a camera on yourself doing what you already love and be authentic. Tim Sherry are exactly that. They dance. They love music. They have fun together. And all they did was put a camera on something they do anyway. They have now built a community that embraces them, they’re meeting incredible people, having a great social life, living their best lives, and will now take show on the road with Eddie 'F' Ferrell Hanging out with them was one of the most memorable times I’ve had. So whether you’re 18 or 80, ask yourself: What do you already love doing that you could simply put a camera on? You will be surprised how many people love the same things you do and want to be part of your community. So if you know someone that has a passion and doesn’t know where to start Don’t overthink it. Just be authentic, put the camera on, and start. Like Toll and Nike says: Just do it. Congrats Tim and Tolly on bringing joy to so many people.

If 4yrs of being a biohacking guinea pig led me to this day. I’d do it 10X over. After 15yrs of being told I needed rotator cuff surgery, the pain is gone through this unexpected procedure. No surgery. @drjgandhi changed everything: He never promised to fix my shoulder. He simply showed me what was happening in my body by examining my teeth. What he removed from my jaw—metal, toxins, hidden issues—was shocking. The result was immediate. That’s not a claim. That’s a FACT from me and me alone. Before the procedure, I did acoustic therapy at @protocal4. After the procedure I did the same exact therapy w 3X the pressure. I’ll let the video speak for itself. Then the additional data came back from the lab on what he pulled out of me. And I was shocked I found out that I have a strain of Lyme disease in my jaw. I’ve been tested for Lyme 5X and it was never found. Also a rare parasite and heavy bacterial load, all found in my jaw. Now I can target exactly what’s in my system to kill. Before this, I would’ve been treating symptoms while the root cause remained. This wasn’t just a procedure, it was a wake-up call. A highlight of my career is that the only brand MJ was ever publicly spotted in was @fubu Not only did we dress him, but I was fortunate enough to spend time with him privately. I recently shared one of those moments on Jimmy Kimmel Live As we all take a trip down memory lane with the MJ movie, it warms my heart knowing I had the privilege of being around such an icon.
