I hate to be the bearer of Bad News to NYPD. If the Knicks win Game 5 Sat night. After a night of dealing w these animals. They will need to wake up bright and early to deal w the 2.5M New Yorkers getting drunk and parting at the Puerto Rican day parade on Sunday 🤔😳🤦🏾🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷

I’ve been fasting for the last year and this just hit me 🤷🏾♂️ If you travel like I do. You should consider trying to fast. Don’t get discouraged if you can’t stick to it right away. I failed for 2yrs prior to being able to do it. But once I locked in. I can do it anytime I want. You can too 💪🏾

GOT WORMS? Well, we all do. Now let’s talk about ’em. Parasites and other unwanted organisms can be picked up from many potential sources: food, tap water, swimming, travel, animals, and undercooked or raw foods, among others. As I’ve shared with you constantly, I’m privileged to have access to a lot of incredible longevity technology, treatments, and expensive toys. But 95% of the shark gevity things that Heather John and I do for our health cost little to no money. So the lack of money shouldn’t be a deterrent. After I posted about the crazy parasite cleanse Heather and I are doing, I got tons of calls and messages from friends asking: “What exactly are you doing?” So I’m putting the actual cleanse and protocol on the last slides. It costs very little. It’s definitely not easy. But your health is worth investing the time and effort into. So before I head back for another couple of hours in the bathroom, swipe through to see the exact protocol. P.S. Please don’t do something just because you saw me or anybody else doing it online. Do your homework and talk with your health professional before trying any cleanse, supplement, or protocol. Every body is different. What may be appropriate for me may not be appropriate or safe for you. Thank you @drgabriellelyons @garybrecka @drjgandhi MrsRogers.hood Dave.asprey and all of the other brilliant brains giving out free knowledge in classes.

THE FUTURE IS HERE! AND HOW CAN YOU PROFIT FROM IT? Last night, I saw a video of what appeared to be Elon Musk, Tesla, and SpaceX demonstrating something straight out of a science fiction movie. A Tesla Roadster driving upside down, launching into the air, flipping, and landing using advanced technology. Before posting it, I had to check multiple news outlets and sources to make sure I wasnt being fooled by AI. And while I havent been able to verify that this actually happened, it got me thinking! Now, this doesnt mean were all going to be flying in our cars tomorrow. But think about how quickly technology is advancing and what the next 5, 10, or 20 yrs could look like. This is a reminder. You dont need to quit your job today to become an entrepreneur. If you do your homework, can you invest in a stock that could pay you as technology advances? Imagine if you had invested in Coca Cola, GM, Nike, Amazon, Walmart, Apple, and so many others in their early days. Also, look into the companies they depend on. Those could be the real hidden gems! Either way, Im excited, fascinated, and maybe a little scared all at the same time. But regardless of how I feel, I know technology is going to change the world. And maybe you can invest and have smarter people like Elon working for you, even if its only 1K a yr. My advice is to take a couple of hours each week to educate yourself on how to make your money work for you when opportunities like this come along. What a crazy time to be alive! DJ

ATTENTION WILL ALWAYS FOLLOW CEOS THAT HAVE A GREAT PRODUCT AND KNOW HOW TO BRAND THEMSELVES Here is a perfect example: In 2025, when @teslamotors stock dropped due to Elon Musk contovery. I encouraged people to look beyond the headlines and focus on opportunities to build wealth for themselves and their families. Fast forward to my interview with tuculo yesterday discussing how Elon Musk is changing the world. People forgot about that controvesy and everyone is talking about his new tesla roadster. Thats billions upon billions of free media, press and advertising for his company. And that makes everyone in his company and share holders all the way down to hard working person holding his stock in their 401k for retirement. I also hold both Tesla and SpaceX. And he just recently made me feel more confident about the companies future But more importantly. This is why I created Ceo Access. It’s about the power of leadership and personal branding. Steve jobs mastered this kind of excitement annually at his Apple launches. Warren buffet does it annually at Berkshire Hathaway and the list goes on to the CEOs we know as household names Let’s me clear that the product must be great in the first place. But what separates good companies from extraordinary ones is often Leadership is who people recognize, understand, and trust. Steve Jobs wasn’t loved by everyone. Neither is Elon Musk. But you don’t have to agree with everything a CEO says to believe in the company they’re building. That’s the power of a CEO’s personal brand. It’s not about ego or popularity. It’s about building trust, attracting opportunities, and creating long term value. That’s the mission behind CEO Access. If you’re a founder or CEO building something great. In this day and age it’s your duty to make people aware of who’s behind it.

I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND OUT WHAT IS REALLY HIDING IN OUR MOUTHS. So I’m Back at @drjgandhi for the next step of my 6 month biological dentistry process. Removing old metals, addressing what was found beneath the surface, and reconstructing my mouth with a focus on whole body health. Dr. Gandhi is the leading expert in this field and is also training other dentists in this approach because there’s only one of him and a whole lot of mouths out there. Thank you @garybrecka and @sageworkingerbrecka for turning Heather John and our family on to him. He is truly a genius In this carousel, you’ll see: • What I went through during the procedure • Examples of what Dr. Gandhi says he sometimes finds in patients’ jaws—including the worm shown here, which did NOT come from my jaw • Why I follow procedures like this with EBOO blood filtration w @djlinders • And, most importantly, why I put myself through all of this in the first place Plus, I left in everybody’s favorite part me coming out of anesthesia. 😂 🤦🏾 And there’s a little nostalgic surprise for anyone who remembers the commercials we grew up with. Bottom line: I’m not telling you to do what I do. I’m telling you to ask more questions about your health, do your homework, and find qualified professionals you trust. That’s what I call shark gevity ITS ABOUT BEING THE MAIN INVESTOR IN YOUR OWN HEALTH AND LONGEVITY 🦈 And make sure you check out a biological dentist in your area or Dr Gandhi if you want to explore this approach. I have to admit that I’m a little bit of a Prepper. But it’s being prepared for things like natural disasters and thing like that. But when this came across my timeline. It stopped me in my tracks to see how spot on @methodmanofficial was in this random interview 30 yrs ago. Here is what @conspiracyveil wrote in this post. And I couldn’t agree more: They told you hip-hop was just music. They told you the lyrics were just entertainment. But go back and really LISTEN to Method Man 30 years ago. Long before Apple Pay, before tap to pay was everywhere, he had a line about a world with: “No more paper money, it’s going to be cards to show what status you are...” In the 90s, that sounded like scifi. Today, we live in a world where digital payments, credit scores, and cashless stores are normal. The way we pay has completely changed. He also rapped about economic crashes and how corporate America prepares while regular people feel the impact. Anyone who lived through 2008 or 2020 knows that feeling when the economy shifts, working families feel it first. This is why hip hop has always been more than music. It's social commentary. It's street journalism. Rappers like Method Man were describing the pressures, fears, and patterns they saw in their communities. It wasn't about predicting the future. It was about paying attention to the present.

If 4yrs of being a biohacking guinea pig led me to this day. I’d do it 10X over. After 15yrs of being told I needed rotator cuff surgery, the pain is gone through this unexpected procedure. No surgery. @drjgandhi changed everything: He never promised to fix my shoulder. He simply showed me what was happening in my body by examining my teeth. What he removed from my jaw—metal, toxins, hidden issues—was shocking. The result was immediate. That’s not a claim. That’s a FACT from me and me alone. Before the procedure, I did acoustic therapy at @protocal4. After the procedure I did the same exact therapy w 3X the pressure. I’ll let the video speak for itself. Then the additional data came back from the lab on what he pulled out of me. And I was shocked I found out that I have a strain of Lyme disease in my jaw. I’ve been tested for Lyme 5X and it was never found. Also a rare parasite and heavy bacterial load, all found in my jaw. Now I can target exactly what’s in my system to kill. Before this, I would’ve been treating symptoms while the root cause remained. This wasn’t just a procedure, it was a wake-up call. We need more professionals willing to challenge outdated thinking and look at the body as a connected system. If you’re not getting answers, start asking different questions. You have to be your own advocate. Thank you Gary Brecka - Videos, Tips & Lectures (Fan Page) and @sagebrexka for turning Heather John and I on to Dr Gandhi. And thank you Dr Gandhi and all the biological dentist for having the open mind to challenge the way dentistry has been done forever. Take care of yourself. - The Longevity Shark

YOU’D BE SURPRISED HOW MANY PEOPLE CONNECT WITH YOU WHEN YOU’RE JUST BEING YOU. You don’t need to be a social media expert to build a following. The most powerful thing you can do is simply put a camera on yourself doing what you already love and be authentic. Tim Sherry are exactly that. They dance. They love music. They have fun together. And all they did was put a camera on something they do anyway. They have now built a community that embraces them, they’re meeting incredible people, having a great social life, living their best lives, and will now take show on the road with Eddie 'F' Ferrell Hanging out with them was one of the most memorable times I’ve had. So whether you’re 18 or 80, ask yourself: What do you already love doing that you could simply put a camera on? You will be surprised how many people love the same things you do and want to be part of your community. So if you know someone that has a passion and doesn’t know where to start Don’t overthink it. Just be authentic, put the camera on, and start. Like Toll and Nike says: Just do it. Congrats Tim and Tolly on bringing joy to so many people.

Comparison will rob you faster than any thief. I've seen billionaires cry on private jets and I've seen people build empires out of nothing.. I was one of them. It's not what you have. It's what you MAKE out of it. The day you stop looking sideways is the day you start moving forward. This is your reminder to be grateful for what you got, and make the MOST out of it.

“As long as you can stand. Never forget to take a moment to dance with the ones you love” And on National Daughters Day, I’m reminded just how fast all of this goes. That was said to me by one of my mentors shortly before he passed away. And I will never forget how subtle yet powerful that statement was. I started doing it with Minka back when we had that odd thing called COVID locked up in our house a couple years back. Can you even believe that happened? 🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾 MinkaJaggerJohn was about five. We danced our way through it. She has grown so much since then. But we're still dancing. As we all struggle to find work life balance. It doesn't have to mean big vacations and long trips, sometimes it's just a moment your home with the music up and the ones you love. 🕺🏾💃🏻🧑🏼🩰 Send this to somebody you used to dance with. DJ
