Bungie decided to make me play a Trials match with a 0.4KD player and a 0.5KD player on my team against a 2.0, another 2.0, and a 2.74KD player. We lost. Neither of my teammates had a single kill or assist the whole game. BUT... they were up 4-0 and got cocky when I was the last man standing. They chased me down to the far corner of the map and I pulled out a solid 1v2. I thought it was over and the last guy was going to cap. But he got cocky. He stepped off the zone at 99% capped and called me out for a 1v1. It didn't end the way he was hoping it would...

Another absolute gem to come out of the gaming scene this decade. Genuine question, if you bounced off of Space Marine 2, what made you do it? I got hooked on this game hard. Gritty, brutal, visceral combat. Made you feel both overwhelmed and completely in control all at the same time.

I know all the haters who say I only complain will love this post. But Iron Banner can't continue like this, we're in year 7 of D2 and we still can't get the basics right. Partial lobbies, poor connections, bad lobby balancing, and the return of the invisible player bug so you have no idea what weapon you're currently dueling against. It's honestly a shame ppl call genuine feedback complaining when this is the state of the playlist.

The similarities between Nero and Trump are UNCANNY. For those who care, I have a YouTube channel dedicated to viewing our social and political climate through the lens of the Christian faith. In my latest video I unpack the tyrant emperor Nero and how the early church used him as the contrasting backdrop to showcase Jesus' new kind of kingship. Here's the full video: In numerous ways, Trump reflects Nero-like qualities in our world today. Nero built his "domus aurea" golden estate on the ashes of destroyed homes and dead people, Trump spoke about how he wants to build a luxury resort on the Gaza strip while people were actively being slaughtered there. They're now breaking ground to begin construction. Nero lashed out and even killed people who got the attention he felt he deserved. Trump reaches out to the Prime Minister of Norway and says peace is no longer on the table since they gave the Nobel Peace Prize to someone else. The people started to turn on Nero, so he found a distraction in the form of a people group he spread scary rumors about to get the people afraid of them and then promised to save them from these people. Trump is getting heat from the Epstein Files, so he works tirelessly to make Americans afraid of the "scary and dangerous" immigrants and promises to eradicate them. There are SO MANY similarities between the two figures, it's wild.
