"Tum hamara paani band karoge, hum tumhara saans band kardenge" Pakistan's Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif had once bombastically thundered, its been a year since India suspended the Indus water treaty, its been more than six weeks the Shahpur Kandi dam too has been operational blocking the flow of Ravi river to Pakistan and we still eagerly await the grand retaliatory action the chest thumping Paki Lt Gen had promised us.
