Bricks and Minifigs - from BAD to WORSE! This is the body cam footage of the Utah police talking to the former franchisee about the Bricks and Minifigs (BAM) Reckless Ben situation. The man puts the CEO of BAM, Ammon McNeff, on the phone. McNeff says a number of interesting things: 1) He ADMITS that the family is owed the money, but denies that he or the new franchisee owe it. I reserve the right to be mistaken, but my understanding of franchise law is that although the franchisor is typically NOT liable for the debts of the franchisee, there are circumstances under which they can be - e.g. if they exercise sufficient control over the franchisee, such that the franchisee can be considered an “agent” under the law. Given the degree of involvement the CEO is displaying with the new franchisee (the guy holding the phone), that argument might be made here. 2) He ADMITS the money is owed, but claims that Ben (Reckless Ben) has no interest in it. This too is not necessarily true if the owner of the LEGOs assigned his claim to Ben. But set that possibility aside… 3) McNeff says that Ben and the others threatened to kill someone, attempted to commit extortion, and other serious crimes. Again, under reserve of the right to be wrong, while it’s not illegal to lie per se to an officer in Utah, my understanding is that it is illegal to make false statements with the intention of getting officers to conduct official acts (i.e. press charges). With the accusations he is making - that Ben threatened to kill someone! - McNeff might be getting close to that line. 4) McNeff ADMITS the money is owed, but claims the former franchisee broke all sorts of rules in contracting with the LEGO owner, which is why the franchisor terminated their agreement. Depending on the knowledge of the misconduct of the franchisee, that might be another argument for the potential liability of corporate - if they knowingly let the franchisee break rules to the detriment / fraud of customers. All that to say, the more McNeff talks, the more damage he causes to the brand and goodwill of BAM - even if Reckless Ben did cross certain lines.

Bricks and Minifigs latest drama: They are seeking a TRO in an attempt to enjoin Patreon to take down Reckless Ben’s account. CEO Jack Conte says Bricks and Minifigs can “stuff it”. Here’s my prediction: Bricks and Minifigs is going to try to take down / seize the GoFundMe on the basis that Ben is using it to “finance criminal activity”. And if the Ottawa trucker protest past is prologue, GoFundMe will comply. Bricks and Minifigs is going to try to seize the monies in the GoFundMe account.

I think I figured out the Robert Harward “CIA mask” thing. I was doing some cross comparison between other interviews… As I was scrolling back-and-forth at the apparent shadow being cast by the apparent “CIA mask” in his neck, it became clear that the shadow was mirroring his mouth movements. I don’t know how it happened, but it’s clearly a reflection from the teleprompter of his mouth over what would otherwise be a harsh shadow on his neck. Look closely at the end of the video as I scroll back-and-forth.

But let’s recap: Even if true, Thomas Massie had relations with a consenting adult in the wake of the death of his wife. Not a story. That said, I don’t believe anything about this story. It’s the Brett Kavanaugh nonsense. The Clarence Thomas nonsense. The E Jean Carroll nonsense. This woman looks unstable. Her demeanor looks unstable and deceitful. Her answers are vague. She waited “too long” and then decides to come forward a week before the primary with irrelevant accusations, even if true. It’s the same play over and over again. Everyone should understand that, even if you hate Massie. Though if you hate Massie, you are the target audience, and they are playing on your ignorance, bias, and stupidity to fall for the same old trick. I’d like to see that NDA. The timeline to sign it just came up a week before the primary, even though the alleged relations happened in 2024? Maybe we are missing some details, but that timeline doesn’t add up. Oh yeah, and she’s fearful it will hurt her run for school board… If you are trying to appeal to the anti-Massie audience, this is exactly the type of accusation you would make while pretending to be “fearful” your “transparency” would hurt your campaign. I call bullcrap. Bookmark it and rub it in my face if I turn out to be wrong.
